We will closely monitor the progress of the investigation to inform you, and in some cases, we will send replacement products. If the product you ordered arrives damaged, contact our customer service.
Rubik Promotions Inc. uses the services of UPS. Every time we send out a package for delivery we receive a tracking number. Once the shipment is on its way, you'll receive an email from us with the estimated delivery time and the tracking code.
